The John Deere MyLogistics App is designed for operators in order to find lead machines, fields and their field entry points more easily.
Unlocking the full potential of the John Deere Operations Center (enabled MyJohnDeere.com account is required) the MyLogistics App uses existing field boundaries and machine positions in order to deliver a fully integrated navigation & logistics optimization.
Machine fleets can be defined based on incoming Jobs (MyJobs/MyJobsManager Apps) and all members can see each other’s position via an intuitive map overview.
A lead machine operator (e.g. Harvester) is also being informed about when the next supporting vehicle (e.g. tractor with trailer) is going to arrive at the field.
Additionally routings to fields and machines are calculated considering small field and forests roads, cross-checking with the dimension (weight, height, width) of the vehicle used.
MyLogistics is designed to work with machines of all kinds, makes, and models, enabling a mixed-fleet logistics optimization.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
